Useful content

Event highlights, branded graphics, introductions, FAQs and practical information that help people understand your organization.

Less posting work

Planning, writing, adaptation and scheduling across your agreed connected channels. Bring your own suitable media and unfinished ideas, too.

A clearer next step

Initial social-media and website audits, prioritized recommendations and a closing review of delivered work and available response.

A lively introduction, with a clear scope.

We plan short campaigns around your event and available material, typically exploring 10–21 days. The fuller introduction is designed around 10+ original brand-focused posts; your quoted package specifies the actual allowance. One piece adapted for several networks remains one original post.

A booth-only booking can support booth highlights plus useful graphics and approved client media. Additional event coverage, interviews and custom video production are scoped separately.

Connected work in practice.

Hebron

Reels, posts, graphics, collages, event lead-ups and attendee thank-yous help connect one gathering to the next. Approved feedback and testimonials can add genuine voices to that ongoing story.

VAHC

Conference photography, video and bundled headshots carried into a revamped website and social content. Capturing board portraits while everyone was together helped save time and money, with fewer vendors to coordinate.

These examples describe 767’s work and approach. Scope and results vary by organization.

See your first post. Then connect.

  1. Confirm the fit. We agree on your goals, available media and campaign scope.
  2. See a personalized preview. An event sample, everyday-brand graphic and proposed schedule make the service tangible.
  3. Connect your accounts. You sign in yourself. We do not ask you to send social-media passwords.
  4. Choose your involvement. Review content, or authorize routine posting within agreed guidelines.
  5. Review and decide. Receive your recap and choose whether a further campaign or monthly plan makes sense.

Two useful audits included in the introduction.

Social: profile clarity, content variety, consistency, calls to action and available performance evidence. Website: agreed key pages, mobile usability, clear messaging and the path to an inquiry, registration or donation. You receive recommendations; implementation and comprehensive technical audits are separate services.

Your accounts. Your choice.

Do I have to approve every post?

No. You can authorize routine publishing within agreed topics and brand guidelines, or choose a review process. New offers, sensitive claims and work outside the scope need a conversation.

Which channels can be included?

We confirm your connected, supported accounts and suitable formats in the proposal. These can include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile where applicable. Availability and permissions vary.

What happens when the introduction ends?

There is no automatic subscription. We stop future campaign posting and follow the agreed handover and access-removal process unless you explicitly continue. Your social accounts remain yours.

Can returning 767 clients qualify?

Yes—ask about a first activation if you have not used Event Momentum before. Eligibility is confirmed in the proposal. Future event campaigns or monthly services are separately quoted.

Will it guarantee more views or bookings?

No. We deliver the agreed work and review the available response. Reach, inquiries and results depend on the audience, content, timing and follow-up.
